Imad Elabdala is an award-winning social entrepreneur, futurist, and resilience strategist whose work has been recognized globally for its impact on leadership and human well-being. Esia Nathaniel is a high-impact commercial operator with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of executive leadership, frontier science, and technology commercialization. His career is defined by a proven track record of scaling complex, deep-engineering innovations and first-of-a-kind technologies.
As a key commercial executive behind two KTH deep-tech spin-offs, Nathaniel has pioneered industrial transformations across sectors including advanced bio-materials, controlled environment agriculture, retail, and manufacturing.
At Nordic Future Labs, Nathaniel leverages an interdisciplinary background in applied Macrosociology and Developmental Psychology to navigate market shifts and unlock global adoption for disruptive technologies.
