Project Case Study: The Future of Collaborative Crisis Response
Project Title: Strategic Synergy—Navigating the Ukrainian Crisis Through Collaborative Change Management
Client: Parliament of Lithuania & Nordic Council of Ministers
Year: 2023
Creating a Collaborative Framework for Crisis Response
Faced with the Ukrainian crisis, Lithuania needed a strategic approach to unify efforts across sectors. At the Social Enterprise Forum, held at the Parliament of Lithuania and co-organized with the Nordic Council of Ministers, Nordic Future Labs was engaged to provide expertise on strategic leadership and change management.
Drawing on Sweden’s response to the Syrian refugee crisis, we presented a framework emphasizing the power of coordinated action among government, private sector, and social enterprises to deliver an effective response.

The Challenge

The key challenges included:

Coordinated Response: Integrating the efforts of government bodies, private companies, and social enterprises to maximize impact.
-
Rapid Adaptation: Developing agile and sustainable policies to manage the crisis effectively.
-
Leveraging Social Enterprises: Demonstrating the potential of social enterprises to provide innovative, rapid-response solutions during crises.
